  Don't go to this pharmacy unless you're fine with waiting two weeks for them to fax a PA so you can use insurance to pay for your medicine. I have used this pharmacy several times because its the closest walmart to my house, but since no one in the pharmacy seems to care if sick people can get their medication, I'll consider the longer drive. They'll say they've sent out the necessary forms to get your medication, but if you call back and talk to a different person they'll say it hasn't been sent and then still won't send it.
