  I went to Trail and Ski looking for a pair of Keen sandals. Based on my experiences in other stores, I thought I just needed a size I hadn't been able to find elsewhere. Billy gave me the size I asked for and helped me adjust the sandal properly. When I explained that the shoe still didn't feel right even though I thought I had the right size, he was honest and direct about his experience with that particular style and the issues with its fit. He then helped me find a better-fitting sandal and was patient with my questions. His knowledge of the products (and the pros and cons of each) was, hands-down, the most helpful thing I could have asked for. This was one of the best customer service experience I've ever had.
