  I had a special ordered canvas made at Tallahassee Camera. I was told that it would only take 5 days to complete and I had to pay for it in advance. I visited their store on three occasions to proof and finalize my product, and to no avail, it wasn't delivered when promised. This caused a tremendous headache for me. They offered no discount and really wasn't apologetic. I was told when they could get it to me and that was the best that they could do. I have worked with them in the past, but this was a total disappointment, because this was a gift that was to be shipped and received for Christmas. I guess this is what you get when a business is operating on their reputation and no longer stick to their commitment.

  Most frustrating experience of the season. Place has five people working and no one comes from out of the back to help. Customer service is severely lacking in this local business. I won't be back again. I'll use FedEx business, Office Depot, or an on line service from this point forward.
