  Received a survey that asked me to leave a review thru Google. The employees & staff in N Monroe store are super nice; however, Sprint as a phone provider is less than desirable because: 1. They promised to buy out my Verizon contract & this has not happened. I have called (locally & corporate), emailed, fbk messaged & visited the store multiple times with NO resolution. 2. The coverage area/actual phone service is very limited. NO service at all in Apalach, spotty in Tallahassee (Killearn Acres, Killearn Lakes and even in Golden Eagle where there are very few trees). I am regularly without phone service, which is problematic due to the nature of my business.

  Thanks to everyone at this Srore I Moved my company Clayton Lock and Key cell phones over to sprint one year ago and have went in to this store and have had some of the best customer service that i have ever had from a company Truly a team effort at this location to go above and beyond there job to help out the customers that need a new phone or have a problem with sprint 611 customer care for Business Thanks Samira and Marlin The manger of the store and and the hole staff at this location is great thanks for helping customers and making customer happy.
