I've had the worst experience with Paul on several occasions. I believe he's a manger (he's tall with Grey hair) but you would never be able to tell because of his rude, unprofessional and unfriendly personality. Publix is not cheap so I feel like the service need to match the prices. This location definitely needs improvement.
