  If I could give lower marks I would. They went through 4 or 5 technicians, when I was using them. Half of my front yard is dead now. I called and complained and they refused to admit it was their fault. When I called to cancel my service, it was like they didn't even care. Very bad customer service and they can not take care of your lawn. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!

  I will never do business with this company. Massey held a Termite Bond with a previous owner of my house and they thought this gave them the right to trespass on my property so they could quote me for a new bond. They did not ask to come on the property nor did they knock on the door to tell me they were there. When confronted the service manager claimed a letter mailed they mailed me (which was promotional spam) hadn't been responded to to tell them NOT TO COME so they did an inspection "as a courtesy." Rude, unapologetic, and ignorant. Avoid at all costs.
