Went back because we ran short of underlayment even though we measured and cut perfectly. We needed a (1) 5' piece. Refused to try to get us a remnant from installers. Wanted us to buy another $70 roll even though we had given them perfect room dimensions. Spent a lot of money, saved some money. Wasn't worth it. Very disappointing. Just about anyone in town will treat you better.
