  Have dealt with this store for years and remodeled several homes using their products. April 2017 we bought a Maytag Bravo washer and dryer. We kept trying different settings, different detergents, and even washing machine cleaners (recommended by Lowe's) but most loads of dark dress clothes had to be washed 2-3 times to get grayish white residue out of them that was put there during the wash cycle. We also noticed the dryer taking longer to dry clothes than our old one hooked up to the same place. Long story short - even after that much time, they took the pair back and gave us credit for a different brand we bought yesterday. We had to get management involved, but they helped us beyond their normal window. I've found this helpfulness typical of Lowe's and not of Home Depot, so we bring our business to Lowe's. I recommend buying the extended warranty for large purchases as it seems to help them be more willing to go the extra mile.
