  Absolutely awful experience at this JCPennys. Staff sent me upstairs looking for dress pants, the woman working upstairs shuffled through clothes with no idea how to help me, meanwhile all of the pants were misplaced all over the women's dept., and after 45 minutes sent me back downstairs to a woman that was supposably waiting to help me. There was no woman downstairs to help, nor did any associate downstairs know that someone was supposed to be helped. I wasted an hour and never found proper dress pants.
