  This place is amazing. I am BEYOND excited that they now have aerial yoga. If you've never done aerial yoga before, do yourself a favor and give it a try. It is so fun, not to mention an amazing workout! The yon class is also fantastic. Come to think of it, I have yet to take a class there that I did not enjoy. Everyone from the staff to the students is awesome. Love it!

  Front end staff was not rude but far from welcoming. I have been to every studio in Tallahassee and this one was by far the least welcoming. The teacher was also checking people in along with the help of someone else so I understand she may have been in training but the air was very arrogant. Almost like they were doing me a favor by checking me in to use their facility. I will head back over to Quest where the staff is always upbeat, happy and cheerful. AND welcoming!

  This is a great place to do Hot Yoga for the morning 6am class (That is the only class I've participated in, so it's the only one I can do an honest review on). Excellent instructor, great group of people and an excellent workout.
