  Really disappointed with their customer service. Sure their prices are great, but you don't get what you pay for--and in that case the value is terrible. I've ordered shirts from them several times and ran into the same issues repeatedly: slow turnaround, little-to-no communication, prices differing between initial quote and final, and on the latest batch of shirts the colors are markedly off. I went in to tell them I am disappointed with their lack of communication, the drastic difference in color from what I ordered to what I received, and the fact that the shirts weren't ready when they were supposed to be. I basically got the, "Well that's how she goes, tough luck." This is not how you do business, and this is not how you treat customers. Take your money elsewhere.
