  I couldn't have asked for a better experience at this store. They were there to help with my laptop problems when Apple was unable to. I came in expecting to be told I would need a new computer to see any improvements. Thankfully the kind staff was able to help look at my computer and replace a simple part to get my computer running smoothly. They even suggested other ways to improve speed and functioning if I see any further problems. It was fast, helpful, and less expensive than I imagined.

  I had a great experience there! They gave me the lowest quote in town, by far. The replacement battery they ordered came in a day earlier than expected, they were able to take my computer right away, and they were done much faster than I was even expecting. They were really helpful, great service.
