Horrific floors with urine, tolet won't flush, sink incredibly dirty - thankfully there was soap! - and door handle was busted and only locked due to a 3rd-party bolt-lock. Very surprising due to my experience of BP gas stations in my life. I even worked at one before and that would not have been tolerated.
