  If there is a delay in the shipment of a product, the store should call the customer and inform them of the delay, rather than leaving them hanging. Lack of communication with the customer makes the store look sketchy.

  Got a queen sized mattress, brand new for a GREAT price! I came in and was asked what specifically am I looking for and was pointed to the right direction. Moved beds around so I can try out each one. Measured the thickness with no problem and offered me a GREAT deal! I would highly recommend anyone looking for mattress sets to come here! Both gentlemen were very helpful and nice!

  The guys over at BEDS BEDS BEDS are genuinely helpful, knowledgeable about their inventory & very down to earth. One of the best customer-seller interactions I've ever experienced. Why? Because by the time I had my merchandise I realized it wasn't just a vendor selling to a target customer, it was a friendly human helping another human interaction. I'd recommend them to anyone who feels like experiencing top notch customer service.
