  One of the worst customer services experiences overall. The Store Manager Jeff Dooley lacks Interpersonal Skills. He is very abrupt, not friendly, nor accommodating in an effort to resolve customer related issues. Doesn't even answer the phone with his or company name. The Corporate Customer contact center is of little help as Stores are run entirely at the discretion of the Store Manager. My issue: Simply wanting to have my purchased item sent from one store to another. I even offered to pay for the shipping cost.

  Okay customer service while shopping, but checking out was terrible. Had a total of $5.06, so I gave the cashier $6 and then found a dime in my pocket. Instead of getting $1.04 back she refused my dime, said it was "already processing" and counted out 94 cents. Its cash so what does that even mean? Kind of stupid but not a big deal. What is a big deal to me is not being thanked at any point of the transaction. Next time I'll order online, thanks.
