  My husband decided to order a refrigerator from here. The delivery driver broke one part on the fridge when unloading it (he didn’t bring anybody to help him) and then another when he was trying to bring it up our stairs (we live in an elevated house). We have this recorded on our home security system. So we sent the broken fridge back after he couldn’t get it in the house and now it was broken. My husband had to help the delivery guy get the fridge back down the stairs. They said we couldn’t have a refund so they would give us a different fridge. They said they would have the 2nd fridge out to us in a few days, the delivery guy would call and tell us when. 3 weeks later we STILL have no fridge and no money back. Now they no longer have a delivery driver available so they cannot deliver and they’re trying to say we broke the fridge, not their driver. And still are refusing to give us money back. Further action is being taken. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!
